• Prices: Exclude 6% SST.

• Minimum Shipment Volume: 0.5 cubic meters. Each cubic meter must not exceed 300KG.

• Delivery Time: Estimated 7–14 working days.

• Packaging Requirements:

  • Customers must prepare sturdy cardboard boxes for packaging and deliver them to the warehouse.
  • For clothing items, white burlap bags can be used before sending them to the warehouse.
  • (Contact customer service in advance for packaging instructions if needed.)

• Weight & Volume:

  • Warehouse staff will measure and provide the volumetric weight upon receiving the parcel.
  • After obtaining the volumetric weight, a packing list must be completed with accurate and truthful details.

• Shipping Cost: Calculated in MYR.

• Lost Documents or Parcels:

  • Any missing documents or parcels must be reported within 24 hours of shipment. Otherwise, we will not be held responsible.

• Declaration Requirements:

  • Every shipment must be honestly declared. Any inaccurate declarations may result in confiscation, fines, additional taxes, or a combination of these penalties.
  • Items confiscated by customs cannot be reimbursed. Customs authorities reserve the right to make final decisions or changes.
  • The sender is responsible for paying any additional taxes or fines to retrieve the parcels.

• Prohibited Items:
  Weapons, ammunition, imitation weapons, controlled knives, flammable materials, explosives, corrosive substances, alcoholic products (e.g., paint and oils), mobile phones, Buddha statues, sandalwood, antiques, idols, ivory, Red Bull, rice, bottled honey, bottled beverages, bottled bird’s nest, bottled sauces, yogurt, cosmetics/medications, soda water, strong poisons, biochemical substances, narcotics, cigarettes, anesthetics, livestock, adult products, circulating currency and securities, radioactive materials, batik cloth, counterfeit items, materials harmful to national security or social/political stability, and obscene publications, propaganda, printed materials, or CDs prohibited by national laws and regulations.
