Channel details

• Minimum start 50kg (50kg will be counted if less than 50kg)
• Shipping fee not include 9%  goods GST charge.

• An additional surcharge of [RM4/kg] will be levied on food orders with a minimum of 50KG
• Export Fees RM150/shipment
• Import Fees RM150/shipment
• The actual calculated weight of the shipment will be based on [actual weight] or [volumetric weight], whichever is higher, according to air freight standards (full toss calculation)
• Volumetric weight calculation = (L*W*H) cm / 6000

• We will not be responsible for any loss or detention of the parcels due to the customer’s breach of customs or untrue declaration.
• If the goods are found to be lost or damaged in transit, we will compensate up to [USD50] after audit.
