Channel Details

 

Calculation

  • Calculation weight will be compared, [Volume Weight] and [Actual Weight]. If the volume weight is greater than the actual weight, it will be calculated as a half throw Volumetric Weight.
  • Volume weight = length cm*width cm*height cm/6000

Embargoed products

  • Dangerous Goods: It is prohibited to air transport any dangerous goods, including but not limited to flammable, explosive, and toxic substances. Please ensure that the cargo does not contain any hazardous materials.

  • Special Categories: Items such as adult products, weapons, livestock, tobacco, sharp objects (e.g., imitation firearms, kitchen knives, etc.), currency, alcoholic beverages, hazardous substances (such as paint and oil), white powders, and all items restricted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) are prohibited. Mobile phones, being high-risk items for loss, require an import permit and customers are responsible for any loss incurred during transportation.

  • Plants and Living Organisms: Any form of plants and living organisms is classified as prohibited items. Ensure that the cargo does not contain any plants or animals.

  • Electronic Products: All goods containing batteries must be confirmed by customer service before transportation; otherwise, they may be treated as sensitive goods.

  • Restrictions on Timber Packaging: Airfreight general cargo/sensitive channels will no longer accept goods with timber packaging. The use of non-fumigated wooden frames/boxes without IPPC markings may trigger customs penalties, and the shipper bears the responsibility for any losses incurred.

Sensitive Goods

  • Food, health products and medicines, mask skin care products, liquid products, high-value products (mobile phones or famous brands, etc.), products with batteries, electrical appliances, magnetic and wires, computer parts, electric boards, earphones, imitation brands, powders, pastes status etc.
  • Over length: 140cm or above on one side; 70cm*70cm or above on both sides
    Overweight: 68kg or above
  • The above items are for reference only. If you are not sure,pls consult our customer service for more details before arranging shipment
  • If it is found that the declared product name does not match with the channel when processing the packaging order, our company has the right to modify it to a suitable channel and give a notice.

  • Our company only accepts the goods on behalf of customers, and does not assume all legal responsibilities arising from illegal and false declarations of goods
  • If there is any question, please contact our customer service before submitting the order.

 

Precautions

  • If both sides of the size ≥ 70CM*70CM or one side of the size ≥ 140CM, or a single piece weighing more than 68KG,  will be charged an oversize fee/ overweight fee.
  • Over-length, over-weight packages can only be shipped to sensitive channels according to the rules of the airline company (if orders of such specifications are placed for general cargo channels, they will be replaced with sensitive channels by default).
  • Local express transportation has SKYNET, ABX and GDEX channels to provide options
  • The ABX and GDEX express is limited to one carton in a single order only. If the goods cannot be packed together, they will be divided into pieces parcel
  • The SKYNET express is available to ship maximum 3 carton in a single order.
  • Weight limit for ABX express is under 25kg
