Warehousing Service

  • Free warehousing for 40 days, beyond that, RM1 will be calculated per day (The parcel will be destroyed by default after 50 days from the day it enters the warehouse)

Cash on Delivery Service

  • If COD is over RMB100, please inform our customer service in advance. Our customer service will convert the price in Malaysian Ringgit for you. You will need to top-up in your member account to pay for the COD
  • COD amount below RMB2001 is charged at RM5 as COD handling fee
  • No minimum COD amount

Goods Checking Service

  • Personalized service of checking goods RM3/1 piece
  • Please contact our customer service to arrange for this service

Outer Wooden Frame Service

  • Strengthen the packaging of goods, reducing the risk of damage substantially during transportation
  • The cost of the outer wooden frame starts at min.RM45 , and the cost will be determined according to the usage of wood used
