Minimum shipment weight is 5 kg (If the weight is less than 5 kg, it will still be calculated as 5kg).
The outside of the package shall remark the code:【TP/DY12XXXX】.
The warehouse does not provide storage services, any goods coming into the warehouse must be immediately arranged ship out
According to air freight shipping standards, the actual shipping weight will be calculated based on either the “Actual weight” or the “Volume weight,” whichever is higher.
Volume weight calculation (length cm*width cm*height cm)/6000
Estimated shipping time: 5-10 working days.
Local area delivery fees included.
If the customer clears customs or fails to declare in time, causing the package to be lost or detained, our company will not be responsible.
If the customer is not sure whether the product can be transported, he or she can contact us first to confirm the correct transportation channel.
Uncontrollable factors such as holidays, transportation peaks, bad weather, etc. may cause time delays. We apologize for any inconvenience.
