USA to MALAYSIA Air Freight-Shipping Details

Channel Details

  • Minimum shipment weight is 5 kg (If the weight is less than 5 kg, it will still be calculated as 5 kg).

  • 【Sensitive Goods】Please indicate the marking on the outside of the package :【Minggan 910001 DeeYee / DYXXXXXX】
  • Sensitive goods or goods with batteries will charge an additional fee of USD 2 per kg. The minimum charge will be based on a weight of 10 kg.
  • The warehouse does not provide storage or packaging services. Any goods that enter the warehouse must be arranged for shipping immediately.
  • According to air freight shipping standards, the actual shipping weight will be calculated based on either the "Actual weight" or the "Volume weight," whichever is higher.
  • Volume weight calculation (length cm*width cm*height cm)/6000
  • Local area delivery fees depending on the area.
  • Customs inspection or detention fees: Charges will be based on the actual costs incurred
  • Note: Shipping fees may be subject to adjustments due to currency rates and other factors. In case of any adjustments, you will be notified.
  • Order cut-off time: Every Wednesday at 12pm (US time).
  • Our company will not be responsible for any loss or detention of packages caused by customers providing false information or inaccurate customs declarations.
  • In case of loss or damage to the goods during transportation or upon arrival in Malaysia, our company will provide a maximum compensation of USD 50.
  • Remote areas such as Genting Highlands, Cameron Highlands, and Kota Tinggi will incur a delivery fee of RM2 per kg. The minimum charge will be based on 10 kg.

Shipping Guidelines

  • STEP 1 - Place an order and send the goods to our USA warehouse.
  • STEP 2 - Submit the order (The warehouse will cut off the order based on the arrival time of the goods and arrange shipment by default).
  • STEP 3 - Shipping fees will cost after measuring the goods when arrive at KLIA.
  • STEP 4 - Wait for the delivery after payment is made. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days.
