Channel Details

• The minimum shipment is 0.3 cbm (less than 0.3 cbm will also calculate as 0.3 cbm shipment fees)
• Estimated shipping time within 25-30 working days
• The billable weight will be compared with the actual weight based on the volumetric weight after the order is packaged, and the larger weight will be the billable weight.
• The calculation of CBM(cubic meter) is (length cm*weight cm*height cm) 0.5m*0.5m*0.4m=0.1cbm
• 1cbm（Cubic Meter） ≤ 500kg
• Example of weight cube calculation (packaged weight kg/500).
• The measurement standard for shipping containers will be increased by 1cm in length, width and height after packing.
• After you receives the goods, it is normal that the volume difference by 1cm, because the goods may be squeezed during transportation, which may cause the volume to be different.
• The packaging of sacks is not fixed in size, so the volume may change after the customer received the package.
• Collection shipping for small parcels is not recommended.
• If customer purchases a single item or a large item weighing more than 100kg, own manpower is needed to unload the goods with a forklift, and the driver only assists in unloading.
• Delivery is only dispatched to downstairs, not upstairs; if you need the driver to deliver upstairs or moved into the warehouse, please negotiate with the driver.
• The warehousing service is within 50days. Free warehousing for first 40 days, beyond that, RM1 will be calculated per day per parcel
• If there is a wooden pallet that needs to be delivered to the warehouse in good condition, kindly make sure that the forklift can enter, otherwise the warehouse has the right to reject it (you can deal with the seller in advance)
• Since there are many remote areas in East Malaysia, please confirm the fee and whether it can be delivered before shipping to the address without in the price list.
